Travel Charges
We pride ourselves in wanting to help every pet owner that needs our service. Where possible, we will assist you. Maryborough, Hervey Bay, Childers and Bundaberg are part of our normal service area. Bundaberg and surrounding areas, we travel to three times a week being Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.
Memorial Urns
The way you may wish to remember your pet will be special to you. We have a large range of memorial urns and other options for keeping the memory of your pet close at all times.
After Hours
Our normal working hours are Monday – Friday 7.30 am to 4.00 pm. Saturday by appointment fee will be charged to open crematorium over the weekend. Excluding public holidays.
Emergency staff are on call to provide a 24 hour service. An after hours fee will be charged for transfers and returns outside of normal business hours.

Monday to Friday: From 4.00pm – 7.59pm – $85.00. 8.00pm until 7.00am – $115.00 these prices are for Monday to Friday.
Maryborough, Toogoom, Howard, Burrum Heads and surrounding areas
Monday to Friday – from 4.00pm – 7.59pm $115.00. 8.00pm – 7.00am $135.00 these prices are for Monday to Friday.
Saturday and Sunday: Starting from $150 depending on your location
Childers, Bundaberg and surrounds:
After hours fee starting from $200.00 applies.
Larger Pets
Our licensed pet furnaces can cremate pets up to 100 kg. Larger pets over 50 kilos will incur a $50.00 surcharge, then an additional $4.00 per additional kilogram of weight, this is due to the extra time the furnace needs to process larger pets.
Viewings
We have a private viewing room available for pet owners who wish to say a final goodbye to their beloved companion. Please book in advance to ensure each family has the time they need. A viewing fee starting from $60.00 will apply. You are welcome to bring other furry friends for their farewells as well. For more information, please contact us.

Exhumation Services
Some pet owners find it difficult to move when they may have much loved pets buried in their yard. Other pet owners initially choose a home burial and later decide that they would prefer to have their much loved pet cremated. We can assist by coming and exhuming your deceased pet and then providing an individual cremation service and returning the ashes back home to you. Pricing starts from $150.00.
