After hours transfers from 4pm onwards will be charged starting from
$85 depending on your location Monday – Friday.

Our purpose-built pet crematorium is situated in Hervey Bay. We are honoured to assist pet owners in all areas of the Wide Bay and Fraser Coast from Gympie to Bundaberg. Our crematorium has an open-door policy and families, or vet staff are welcome to visit our offices at any time by appointment.
From our first interaction with you during this time of need in your family, to our thorough internal processes to ensure quality chain of custody and all appropriate details and protocols, through to even our preferred use of terminology (we don’t ‘pick up’ or ‘collect’ pets, we’ transfer’ your loved ones), you will see our empathy and our attention to detail through every stage for you and your loved one’s journey with us.
